Staybybike S.L. (“BikeStay”) owns this website, through which it offers partner hotels a bike-rental service for their guests, as well as the booking and rental of bikes by guests themselves.

Accessing and browsing the website grants the status of user and implies acceptance of the terms set out in this Legal Notice. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

3. Conditions of use

The user agrees to make appropriate use of the website’s content and services and not to use them for unlawful activities, contrary to good faith or public order, nor to introduce viruses or other elements that could damage or alter systems, documents or data.
